Start with the issue basics: price band, lot size, issue size, opening and closing dates, allotment date and expected listing date. Then review the latest IPO GMP and subscription status as separate market indicators. GMP is unofficial, while subscription figures describe demand recorded during the bidding period; neither should be treated as a guarantee of listing performance.

Review the official offer document, company information, issue structure, investor-category reservation, important dates and the latest available subscription information. If an IPO page contains a registrar link, use that official source for allotment status after the issue closes. You can browse all available issues in the IPO Directory.
